Cable Jam Ratio Calculator
This calculator flags the jamming danger zone when pulling three same-size cables through a conduit. The jam ratio is the conduit inner diameter divided by the cable outer diameter, and a ratio between 2.8 and 3.2 lets three cables wedge side by side and bind in the pull. Enter the conduit and cable diameters to check the ratio before you pull, and upsize the conduit if it lands in the danger band.
This runs on the same engine as the agents
On the calculator the math stands alone. Inside Avria it runs across a whole room, cites the clause behind every call, and lands in a build-ready BOM.
