70V/100V Amplifier Calculator
This calculator sizes the amplifier for a constant-voltage (70V or 100V) distributed loudspeaker line. It totals the tap wattage across every speaker on the line and adds 50 percent headroom: required power = tap times count times 1.5. Enter the per-speaker tap and the number of loudspeakers, then pick the next amplifier at or above the result on the same line voltage.
