Fifteen years of AV.
Now in agent form.

Built by Henry Blaschke, a commercial AV engineer who has worked across every layer of the industry, from design to commissioning.

His work spans field installation, pulling cable, rack fabrication, on-site commissioning, DSP configuration and programming across all major DSP platforms, CAD-based drawing creation, and full system design for enterprise environments. Over time, that work moved deeper into design engineering and senior project delivery inside one of the largest AV integrators in the world.

Across that experience, the environments stay consistent: conference rooms, boardrooms, lecture halls, hospitals, universities, courtrooms, stadiums, museums, and enterprise spaces. Different stakeholders, different constraints, same underlying engineering structure. The variables change, but the patterns do not.

That consistency is what ultimately shaped Avria.

Avria is a system of specialist agents built around how AV projects are actually delivered in practice. It mirrors the real workflow of the industry: structuring project requirements, validating system design, auditing bills of materials, supporting drafting and documentation, managing coordination across stakeholders, handling procurement logic, and guiding commissioning and handover.

The goal is not to automate judgment, but to reduce the friction between intent and execution.

Avria exists to bring structure to a process that is typically fragmented across tools, roles, and interpretations. It turns repeatable engineering work into a system that can be reasoned with, reviewed, and improved.

The version at avria.ai is the first production expression of that system.

HB Industries LLC

Avria is built by HB Industries LLC, a one-person product company. We're bootstrapped today: customers pay for the product, the product gets better, repeat. Focused on building the right foundation first.

The current focus means a deliberate pace. It also means we answer to one stakeholder: the AV professional in front of the chat window. Every feature, every standard cited, every BoM audited, built for them.

Where we are now

Avria is pre-launch. The product opens for early access in Fall 2026. We will be previewing at InfoComm 2026 (Las Vegas, June 15–19). Until then, we're building, testing, and talking to the integrators who'll be using it on day one.

If you're an AV professional reading this: get on the early-access list, or commit to the Founders 100 for founding-member pricing. Or just write Henry directly at [email protected] with thoughts.
